At Visionnaire Creatif, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping details before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders require 5–7 business days for customizing and packaging before they are shipped. Processing begins once your order is placed.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

We ship from Madison, Wisconsin using USPS. Once processed, delivery times are:

 

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

 

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

 

Free Standard Shipping is available when you enter your email at checkout.

 

Note: Including processing time, most domestic orders arrive within 10–15 business days.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to the main 27 international destinations. Delivery times vary by country:

 

Express International: 1–5 business days

 

Standard International: 6–12 business days

 

Economy International: 6–18 business days

 

Free shipping is not available for international orders.

 

Tracking

 

All orders come with a USPS tracking number. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Availability

 

We ship every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.

 

We ship to all addresses worldwide, including PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Visionnaire Creatif is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact USPS directly if you experience an issue after your tracking number has been issued.

 

Returns

 

If you need to return an item, Visionnaire Creatif covers the cost of return shipping. Please contact our support team to begin the return process.
